Flickr-related Software
I spend a fair amount of time hanging out on Flickr ("almost certainly the best online photo management and sharing application in the world") and have written a number of bits and pieces that use the Flickr API to do interesting things. Note: if you're looking for information about my Flickr Mashups book, you need to be over here.
I'll put some of the more interesting ones up here over time - here's a couple to start with.
Flickr Browser
Browse through a user's pictures on Flickr, sorting by date posted, date taken, or interestingness.
Flickr Set Manager
Automatically create sets on Flickr based on various criteria such as interestingness, date posted and tags, or even from a random set of photographs.
Days in Utata Pool Greasemonkey Script
The Utata group on Flickr has a rule that says you may only post photos that are in five or less other pools, until the photo has been in the pool for thirty days - after which time, you are free to post it wherever else you like. Keeping track of how many days ago your photo was posted to the pool is tricky, so here's a Greasemonkey script that shows you how many days your photos have been in the Utata group pool.
How Interesting? Greasemonkey Script
Have you ever wondered just how interesting your Flickr photos are, relative to each other? This Greasemonkey script will tell you.
I also maintain a list of useful Flickr-related resources here.
