Ribs Review

The ribs were delicious. They just melted off the bone. The outsides just slightly crusty, the insides meltingly tender. The potatoes had absorbed all the fat and juices from the lamb and were fabulous. If anything the potatoes were just a touch too greasy - next time, I'd probably skip the olive oil.

Yum.
